If we are unable to open, we will refund your pre-sale ticket purchases (processing fees are non-refundable).
Those who purchased a pre-sale ticket received a ticket voucher with a unique code by email. Once the theatre opens, they’ll be able to use the voucher to make their reservations (choosing the date and seating options at that time.) The vouchers do not expire.
Yes. If you want to upgrade your main floor pre-sale ticket voucher to a private balcony room, you will be able to do so when you make reservations. Your $13 per ticket discount will be applied to your new seating option.
We launched a Kickstarter campaign and raised over $25,000, and while we had incredible support, we didn’t meet our goal. Therefore, the pledges were not charged. However, we have continued raising funds.
Since we are in the fundraising phase, we are still looking at locations, with a favorite location in mind! Celestial Theatre will be housed in Virginia Beach.
On the main floor we will have round top tables that accommodate 2, 4, and 8 guests per table. Upstairs there will be be private balcony rooms.
Celestial Theatre will be home to 10 shows per year, running Fridays through Sundays, and featuring professional talent. We are currently shaping our first season show line-up and are compiling our survey responses from the community’s preferences, while taking into account show license availability.
The $63 ticket price includes a soup/salad, entree and soft drink or coffee. Any additional alcoholic beverages, desserts, and appetizers can be purchased in the theatre.
The private balcony rooms are priced at $77 per person.
We encourage all who attend Celestial Theatre to dress up to experience the upscale environment we are creating, however we won’t be turning people away. We understand that people on vacation may need to show up in a Hawaiian shirt and shorts, and that’s okay!
